Working with Dr. Lulu has been transformational for our practice. Her AFFIRM training gave our entire team the language, structure, and confidence we didn’t realize we were missing, helping us move from uncertainty and hesitation to clarity and purpose. We are now more intentional and better equipped to create a practice where every patient feels seen, respected, and safe.

Working with Dr. Lulu has been a powerful experience for me. There’s something about her confidence that naturally instills confidence in you. You feel it inspiring you in real time. I’ve had some real breakthroughs working with her, including major shifts in how I see events from my past. One issue in particular was something I had tried to process with therapy elsewhere in the past. The very first time I brought the issue up on one of my coaching sessions with Dr. Lulu, she opened up an entirely new way of seeing it that immediately broke the cycle of feeling stuck. She helped me expand my horizon around that experience and rewrite the inner narrative of my past in a way that felt infinitely more empowering. That alone was life-changing. She taps into the confidence within you and helps you access your own. She gave me practical tools I use in everyday life, especially a technique for catching and reevaluating my thought patterns in real time. The moment a limiting thought shows up, I now have a way to expand my perspective instantly. That kind of skill changes how you move through the world.

Although not a practicing physician as of yet, as a medical student your presentation allowed me to think of the type of physician I want to become that uses the ACE model for patients of all walks of life. I thoroughly enjoyed this thought provoking session. Amazing job!
